  • Baking powder - 1 tsp
  • Powder sugar - 1cups
  • Butter - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 1/2 cup
  • Rambuthaan fruit juice - 1/4 cup
  • Vennila essence - 1 tsp
  • Egg - 1

Directions

IN A LARGE BOWL, ADD 2 CUPS OF MAIDA AND BAKING SODA 1 TSP

SIEVE THROUGH THE FLOUR,, KEEP ASIDE

IN ANOTHER BOWL STIR TOGETHER MILK1/2CUP, 1EGG, RAMBUTHAN JUICE1/4CUP, WHISK WELL

ADD VENNILLA ESSENCE 1 TSP, MELTED BUTTER 1/2 CUP WHISK WELL

ADD POWDER SUGAR IN THIS MIXTURE ,, STIR MIX TOGETHER UNTIL SUGAR DISSOLVES

ADD THE EGG MIXTURE IN THE DRY INGREDIENT AND COMBINE WELL.

MAKE A WELL IN CENTRE OF DRY INGREDIENTS

TAKE 1 SCOOP PREPARED BATTER , SPOON INTO THE PREPARED MUFFINS CASES

LUMPY BATTER MAKES THE BEST MUFFIN,, SO REMEMBER THAT

SPRINKLE THE CHOCOLATE CHIPS ON TOP AND THEN BAKE 

PREHEAT OVEN 160℃ 15 TO 20 MINS

COOL 10 MIN REMOVE THE MUFFINS FROM CASES, SEE THE BEAUTIFUL SHAPE WE GOT VERY SOFT FLUFFY YUM YUM CUPCAKES
